About these terms

These terms cover your use of velozgida.com, run by Velozgida Technologies, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. They also summarise how our website projects normally work. Every project has its own written agreement, and if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Using this website

You may browse and share our content for personal or business evaluation. Don’t copy our designs, text or code for your own commercial use, or try to break, overload or misuse the site. Prices and information on the site are a guide; your written quote is what counts.

Quotes and scope

After a discovery call we send a written quote with a fixed price, scope and timeline. Work outside that scope is only done once a change has been agreed in writing with its own price.

Payments

Projects are normally paid in three milestones: 30% to start, 40% when you approve the design, and 30% at launch. We accept card payments via Stripe, Wise and bank transfer in USD, GBP or AED. Third-party costs such as domains, paid plugins or apps are listed separately in your quote.

Free design concept

Where offered, the free homepage concept is a no-obligation preview. If you don’t go ahead, you owe nothing, and the concept remains our property.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website design, code written for you, and content created for you, and we hand over all logins and files. Third-party software (such as themes, plugins or platforms) stays under its own licence. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the rights to any text, images, logos and data you give us, and you are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of your own content (for example regulated, medical or financial claims).

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and will sign your NDA on request. White-label agency work is always done under NDA.

Support and care plans

Bugs reported soon after launch that come from our work are fixed at no charge within the period stated in your agreement. Ongoing hosting, updates and edits are available through an optional monthly care plan.

Liability

We work with care, but we can’t guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales, which depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for it.
