Business Development Executive (BDE)
Own outreach, discovery calls and pipeline for Kashmir businesses ready to go digital — websites, SEO, CRM and AI.
About the role
You’ll be the first conversation many founders have with Velozgida. We need someone hungry, articulate and proud of Kashmir’s business community — who can open doors, qualify leads and hand clean opportunities to delivery.
You’ll own
- Prospect hotels, clinics, retailers, educators and service brands across J&K
- Run discovery calls and book free digital audits
- Maintain CRM hygiene and weekly pipeline reports
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, events and referral loops
- Hit activity and conversion targets with coachable consistency
You’ll bring
- Clear spoken & written English (Kashmiri / Urdu / Hindi a plus)
- Comfortable on WhatsApp, calls and in-person meetings
- Basic understanding of websites, SEO or digital marketing
- Self-driven, organised and resilient with rejection
- Laptop + reliable internet; Srinagar presence preferred
